The internet provides a wealth of material which is easily plundered. However, strictly speaking it is still illegal to copy material unless you have permission of the owner or where the content is described as copyright free. Although a ‘no right click’ feature can be applied easily to material on a web page it is fairly easy to disable this facility. If you want to download the images on these web pages then there’s nothing I can do to stop you. However, I would rather you sought my permission.
